Customers in Missouri and Michigan should include all applicable state, county and local sales tax.   Customers in the remaining states are responsible filing all sales tax forms for their state, county and local governments.

Please include the following information with your registration fee:

• Company Name
• Contact Name
• Mailing Address
• Telephone number
• Fax number
• E-mail address (if any)
• Number of licenses requested (SeuExit registration is per AS/400 system)
• Serial number of each AS/400 being registered

Once your registration fee has been received and processed you will receive instructions on how to register your copy of SeuExit.  Registered users will receive technical support, notification of fixes to their current release of SeuExit, discounts on upgrades to new versions of SeuExit and periodic information on SeuExit (via e-mail).
